ReplyDeleteMy friend Sarb who I shared a house with at university taught me how to make a basic vegetable curry, and I have to confess that I have not strayed from the recipe in the 23 years since! Rather than resort to curry ready meals or eating out when we fancy a change from my basic 'Sarb Curry' (which is what hubby and I currently do!) I want to get a bit more creative with my curry making, and this book would help me do just that!
